Steps
- In Klaviyo, navigate to Integrations in the main menu.
- Click Explore integrations to open the full integrations catalog.
- Go to the search bar in the Integrations Directory to find the Shopify integration.
- Click on Shopify to begin — this will connect your store data, including customers, orders, and browsing activity, to Klaviyo.
- Click Install to start the integration process.
- Enter your store URL in the provided field.
- Select a list to add your Shopify subscribers to in Klaviyo.
- Click Connect to Shopify to initiate the connection.
- In your Shopify account, click Install to approve the app installation.
- Click Integrate to confirm and finalize the integration.
- You can now start building flows and campaigns using real customer data from your Shopify store.
