This tutorial shows how to integrate NinjaForms with ActiveCampaign using Zapier so every new form submission automatically creates or updates a contact in your email marketing list. The entire Zap setup takes just minutes and requires no coding.
Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
- Click "Trigger", then search for NinjaForms and select it as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event, such as "New Form Submission", to define when the Zap fires.
- Click "Test trigger" to verify that Zapier can detect a sample NinjaForms submission.
- Add ActiveCampaign as the Action App in the second step of your Zap.
- Select an action event, such as "Create or Update Contact", to define what happens in ActiveCampaign.
- Connect your ActiveCampaign account by authorizing it within the Zapier editor.
- Choose the ActiveCampaign list or tag where new contacts from NinjaForms should be added.
- Run a test to confirm the integration works, then click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
