SurveyMonkey lets you customize the closing page shown to respondents after they submit a survey by enabling the Custom Thank You setting within your collector options. This feature helps you personalize the post-survey experience with a tailored message instead of the default confirmation screen.
Steps
- Navigate to your desired survey and click the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.
- From the drop-down menu, select Send Survey.
- In the Collect Responses tab, select the collector you want to configure.
- Scroll down to the survey settings, locate Custom Thank You, click on it, and write your own custom message.
