Quick summary
Adding a page title to your Zendesk Knowledge Base lets you brand your Help Center with a custom name visible to all visitors. This is done through the Language Settings in Zendesk Guide Admin, where you can replace the default Help Center name and save your changes instantly.
Steps
- Click the Zendesk Products icon on the top menu bar.
- Select Guide from the list of options.
- Go to the top navigation bar and click Guide Admin to access the page settings.
- Tap the Settings icon on the left-side panel.
- Select Language Settings.
- Replace the default Help Center Name with your preferred page title by entering it into the input field.
- Click Save at the top-right corner to apply the changes.
