Steps
- Open your desired survey in SurveyMonkey.
- Navigate to the Design Survey tab at the top of the editor.
- In the left-hand panel, go to Styles, select Themes, then click Create custom theme.
- In the theme editor, locate the Background option.
- Click + Background to add a background to your survey.
- Choose a file from your computer or image gallery to use as the survey background.
- Click Done to confirm and apply the background image.
- Click the Preview survey button to verify the image displays correctly and doesn't reduce survey readability.
- Click Continue to finalize — your new background image is now applied to your survey.
