Steps
- In the Admin Center, go to the left-side panel and click People.
- Select Team Members under the Team section.
- Browse the agent list on the main dashboard, then choose the specific agent whose name you want to edit.
- Tap Account to access the agent's settings.
- Click the Name input field and change the default name to the new value.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
- The selected agent's name will be updated instantly across Zendesk.
