Quick summary
Airtable's comment feature lets team members leave contextual feedback directly on individual records by expanding a task and typing in the comment field. Once submitted, comments appear on the right-hand side of the expanded record, keeping all collaboration in one place.
Steps
- Go to your workspace in Airtable to find the base and table containing the record you want to comment on.
- Click on the 'Expand task' option to open the full record detail view.
- Locate the comment field and enter your comment in the text area provided.
- After submitting, your comment will be visible on the right-hand side of the expanded record view.
