Use this interactive demo to learn how to embed a Canva design directly into your WordPress site.

Quick summary

The Canva WordPress integration lets you embed Canva designs into any WordPress page by copying an embed code from Canva and pasting it into an Elementor HTML block. This no-plugin method works for any Canva design and takes under two minutes to complete.

Steps

  1. Open your Canva design and click the Share button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select See all from the sharing dropdown menu.
3. Pick the Embed option from the list of sharing options.
  4. Review the embed code that Canva generates for your design.
  5. Click the copy button on the right to copy the embed code to your clipboard.
  6. Go to your WordPress page, open Elementor, and search for HTML in the search bar.
  7. Paste the embed code into the HTML widget — your Canva content is now connected with WordPress.

📌 Why this matters

Embedding Canva designs into WordPress gives content creators and marketers a fast, code-free way to publish visually polished graphics, presentations, and documents directly on their website. The native Canva embed code works with popular page builders like Elementor, eliminating the need for third-party plugins or manual image exports. Any update made inside Canva can reflect on the WordPress page automatically, keeping content fresh without republishing. This integration bridges the gap between graphic design and web publishing, making it an essential workflow for WordPress site owners who rely on Canva for visual content.
