Use this interactive demo to learn how to import your Trello boards as structured tables in Coda.

Quick summary

You can convert Trello boards to Coda tables by using the Trello Pack inside Coda's Insert menu, which syncs your cards into a fully filterable, sortable table. This integration takes just a few steps and requires no manual data entry or CSV exports.

Steps

  1. Click the Insert menu to access Coda's integration tools.
  2. Click Packs to open the Packs directory.
  3. Search for Trello and click on it to open the Trello Pack.
  4. Click Log in to Trello to begin the authentication flow.
  5. Enter your email address to continue logging in.
  6. Click Allow to grant Coda access to your Trello account.
  7. Choose your Trello Board and select whether to include archived cards.
  8. Click Next to proceed with the import configuration.
  9. Your Trello Board is now a Coda Table — sort, filter, and create views with your project data.

📌 Why this matters

Converting Trello boards to Coda tables gives teams the flexibility to move beyond kanban-only views and interact with their project data using powerful sorting, filtering, and multi-view layouts. Coda's native Trello Pack makes the migration seamless — no CSV exports, no copy-paste, and no lost card data. This is ideal for teams that have outgrown Trello's rigid structure and need a more dynamic, database-driven workspace. The result is a live, editable Coda table that stays connected to your existing Trello workflow.
