📌 Why this matters

Xero's Budget Manager gives small and medium-sized businesses a structured way to plan, track, and manage their finances directly within their accounting software. Creating a budget in Xero allows teams to set spending targets by account, compare actuals against forecasts, and make data-driven financial decisions in real time. This feature eliminates the need for separate spreadsheets by centralising budget planning inside the same platform used for invoicing, payroll, and reporting. For finance teams and business owners looking to improve cost control and financial visibility, Xero's built-in budgeting tools are an essential part of the workflow.
