Steps
- Create a new doc in Coda to use as the foundation for your template.
- Add structure by inserting headings to organize the doc for clarity.
- Insert Tables, Text Blocks, Lists, and Callouts to capture data and highlight important details.
- Add placeholder text such as [Insert Name], [Date], or [Task List] to mark customizable fields.
- Click the three dots (•••) in the top-left corner to open the doc options menu.
- Select "Turn into a template" from the menu.
- Click "Create" to confirm and generate the template.
- Click "Publish" to make the template available for your team to use.
