📌 Why this matters

Being able to edit invoice items directly in Xero is essential for maintaining accurate financial records without voiding and reissuing documents. Xero's invoicing module lets accounting teams quickly correct line items, swap products or services, and update billing details in just a few clicks. This flexibility reduces manual errors and saves time during reconciliation, making it a critical capability for small businesses and finance teams managing high invoice volumes. Accurate, editable invoices also support faster client payments and cleaner audit trails.
