Use this interactive demo to learn how to embed a live Coda table directly into your WordPress site.

Quick summary

Embedding a Coda table in WordPress lets you display live, structured data — like a RACI Matrix — directly on any post or page without manual updates. This process takes just minutes using Coda's built-in embed code and WordPress's Custom HTML block.

Steps

  1. Open your Coda document and navigate to the table you want to embed.
  2. Click the Share button in the top-right corner of your Coda document.
  3. Set the visibility to "Anyone with the link" to make the table publicly accessible.
  4. Generate the embed code to integrate your RACI Matrix into websites, wikis, or portals by clicking Copy embed.
  5. In WordPress, open the post or page editor and add a Custom HTML block.
  6. Paste the Coda embed code into the Custom HTML block.
  7. Click Preview to review the result, then click Publish to save and go live.

📌 Why this matters

Embedding Coda tables in WordPress allows teams to publish live, always-current data — such as a RACI Matrix for project role assignments — directly on any WordPress page without rebuilding content manually. This integration eliminates the friction of copy-pasting static data, ensuring stakeholders always see accurate, up-to-date information. For project managers and operations teams, it means critical accountability frameworks are accessible and readable on any website or internal portal. The result is faster documentation workflows and a single source of truth between your Coda workspace and your WordPress site.
