Steps
- Navigate to your desired survey and click the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.
- From the drop-down menu, select 'Edit survey'.
- Add a supportive question type to the very beginning of page 1.

- Select 'Send surveys your way'.
- Select 'Send by email'.
- Make sure the 'Embed first question' toggle is turned on.
