Quick summary
Xero lets you export report data directly from the Accounting menu in just a few steps. Select any report, click the Export button, and instantly download your data in your preferred file format.
Steps
- On Xero's main dashboard, go to the top menu bar and click Accounting.
- Select Reports from the list of options.
- Find and select the report that contains the data you want to export.
- Tap the Export button at the bottom-right corner to proceed.
- Pick your preferred file format (such as PDF).
- The data from the selected Xero report will be exported instantly.
