Quick summary
This demo shows how to integrate Alteryx with ServiceNow by creating a new OAuth client inside Alteryx One's Workspace Admin settings. Completing this setup enables secure, authenticated data connectivity between Alteryx and ServiceNow without manual credential sharing.
Steps
- On the Alteryx One main dashboard, click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Workspace Admin from the dropdown menu to proceed.
- In the left-side panel, click OAuth Clients under the Connectivity section.
- Click the New button in the top-right corner to create a new OAuth client.
- Enter a unique name for your connection in the provided input field.
- Open the Technology menu to select your integration type.
- Find and select Service_Now from the technology list.
- Enter all required OAuth credentials into their respective input fields.
- Click Create to save your configuration.
- Your Alteryx account is now successfully integrated with ServiceNow.
