Steps

  1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Create'.
  2. Select 'Zaps' from the list of options.
  3. Tap 'Trigger' to start the integration process.
  4. Search for 'Intercom' and choose it from the suggested results.
  5. Choose your preferred 'Trigger Event' for the Intercom integration.
  6. Tap 'Sign In' and log into your Intercom account.
  7. Specify the Intercom workspace you wish to use, then click 'Authorize Access'.
  8. Tap 'Test Trigger' to validate your Intercom inputs.
  9. Click 'Continue' to proceed to the Action setup.
  10. Find 'SurveyMonkey' and select it as the Action app.
  11. Open the drop-down menu and specify the 'Action Event' you want to use.
  12. Tap 'Sign In' and log into your SurveyMonkey account.
  13. Choose the data center assigned to your SurveyMonkey account, then click 'Yes, Continue to SurveyMonkey'.
  14. Click 'Authorize' to grant Zapier access to SurveyMonkey.
  15. Fill out all input fields with the required information one by one.
  16. Click 'Continue' to publish and activate the integration.
  17. Your Intercom account is now fully integrated with SurveyMonkey via Zapier.
