Quick summary
Inviting collaborators to a Coda document takes just a few clicks using the built-in Share panel. You can set permission levels, add a personal message, and control whether collaborators receive an email notification.
Steps
- Open the Coda document you want to share.
- Click the Share button in the top-right corner of the document.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Choose the permission level — the type of access the collaborator will have.
- Toggle whether to notify the invitee via email about the invite.
- Add a personal message about the document to include with the invite.
- Click Send to dispatch the invitation.
- Confirm that sharing permissions have been updated — your collaborators can now access the Coda doc.
