Steps
- Navigate to the top-right corner and click Extensions.
- Tap Add an Extension to open the extensions marketplace.
- Click the search bar and type Dedupe to find the extension.
- Locate Dedupe in the search results and click the Add button next to it.
- Select the Table that contains the records you want to merge.
- Specify the View within the selected table.
- Toggle on the radio button next to the Fields that contain duplicate records.
- Tap Review the Set of Duplicates to proceed to the review screen.
- Select the specific duplicate you want to use as the Primary Record.
- Tap Merge and Delete 1 Record to remove the duplicate.
- Click Merge to confirm and finalize the record merge in Airtable.
