Quick summary
Linear's My Issues view gives every team member a personalized workspace that surfaces assigned issues, created issues, subscriptions, and recent activity in one place. Use filters, grouping, drag-and-drop reordering, labels, and comments to manage your workload without leaving the view.
Steps
- Navigate to the Inbox section in the top-left sidebar and open the My Issues tab.
- Review the curated list of issues most relevant to you, including those assigned to you, created by you, issues you're subscribed to, and those with recent activity.
- Switch between the four tabs — Assigned to me, Created by me, Subscribed to, and Activity — to scope your view.
- Apply filters to focus on specific issue types within the view.
- Group issues by project, team, or status to organize your workload.
- Use drag and drop to move issues between sections and update their status.
- Update the issue status directly from the My Issues view to keep progress current.
- Add labels to your issues to improve categorization and searchability.
- Use the comment section to communicate progress or ask for clarifications on any issue.
