In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to end your paid subscription and close your account.
- Click your Profile Picture or initials in the top-right corner.
- Click the Billing and Upgrade option from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the Cancel Your Account link.
- Click the Continue to Cancel button to confirm you cancellation.
- Click Continue.
- Select a reason for leaving from the list and enter any additional comments in the text box.
- Click the final Cancel My Account button to confirm your request.
