In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to connect FreshBooks to Discord to receive real-time notifications for invoices, payments, and estimates using an automation tool.
- In your Zapier dashboard, click the Create Zap button in the upper left corner.
- Click Trigger and search for FreshBooks.
- Select FreshBooks as the trigger app.
- Select which event and account before continuing.
- Connect your specific FreshBooks account.
- Confirm your account selection and click Continue.
- Click the Test trigger to verify your trigger pulls live invoice data successfully.
- Click Continue with selected record to proceed to the next step.
- Connect Discord as your action app.
- Choose what happens in Discord when a new invoice arrives.
- Click Continue after filling up the Action event and Account.
- Finalize your Discord action settings before clicking Continue.
- Click the Test step to check if Discord receives and displays your automation correctly.
- In the lower right corner, click the Publish button to activate the sync.
